My name is B. Börkur Eiríksson and was born in 1979. I studied Industrial design in Iceland and graduated from Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam in 2004 with a BA degree in Animation / Illustration. I currently work as the Lead Illustrator/Artist at CCP Games in Iceland where I´ve been working on the space mmorpg EVE-Online and other projects since 2004.
I´m inspired by a lot of artists, Rembrant, Sorolla, Claude Lorrain, Velázques, Sargent, Bouguereau, Odd Nerdrum, Craig Mullins, just to name a few.
